Man it looks like at least one of the 2 spring classes are going to be easy. Anthropology 201 is nuts, three hours sitting in a room and cranking out notes is no way to learn Anthropology. We have only had 4 classes but next week tuesday we will be writing our first midterm. This is brutal. I dont think there will be a lot of regular posting from me because of the amount of cramming that needs to be done.
(Note to self: Nextyear don’t take spring classes unless you really need it)

The Flames, Senators, and Canadiens all managed to kill their seasons in the early stages of the playoffs, the only team left standing are the Edmonton Oilers. I have a good feeling that the Oilers might just have what it takes to Bring Stanley home all they have to keep doing is grind away at the Duck wingers and test Bryzgalov, if this can be done the Oilers will have no problem beating the Ducks. I like the Ducks but as much as I dislike the oil I will support them becuase I want them to bring Stanley back home. Good luck boys!
Bring Stanley home his US citizenship is worthless.

I say this because i have opted to take 2 spring classes here at the UofC and my schedlue is set up in such a way that i have one class at 11 which ends at 2 and then i have a 4 hr break before I go to my last class of the day. You would think that it is easy to kill 4hrson a campus like the UofC’s but it is hard to do it when you leave all of your work out gear at home. I have managed to do some bouldering, make anthropology study notes, workon my businees project, and eat, but even after all of that is done i still have 2hrs to kill.

Well the Ottawa Senators are done and i am very depressed now, my favorite team the flames were extinguished in round 1 and now my second favorite the Senators were stabbed 5 times by the Buffalo Sabers. I just pray that The Edmonton Oilers are able to bring Lord Stanley back home (I will regret saying this if it does happen). One thing that is still keeping a smile on my face is that my third favorite team the Anahiem Mighty Ducks have not been duck hunted so far. I know all my freinds will rag on me for liking the Ducks even after what they did to our flames, but I told everyone I liked the ducks since they got the team. I also told people that I woulld be both sad and happy for the loser and victor in the flames ducks series.
GO OILERS AND DUCKS WOOOOOOOOO

What do you get when you fuse IRON MAIDEN with AFI? Well what you get is an insane band called Avenged Sevenfold. This band hails from the US and has been part of the Vans Warped Tour for a few years now but this yeaaar and last they were the Headliners. This band has awsome vocals and amazing guitars. They play fast and heavy and still manage to not make it all sound too busy. The guitarists are amazing because they manage to play really heavy while still managing to incorperate riffs, and after all is said and done they manage to still create an original solo. If you like to listen to scream metal then listen to Avenged’s older stuff ( Sounding the Seventh Trumpet), but if you want to listen to good singing and elements of scream listen to anything past (Waking the Fallen). There are so many good things to say about this band but then the post would be too long. The only thing that i don’t like about Avenged Sevenfold is when M. Shadows (Vocals) decides to bring the songs tempo down, i don’t think he is really good at singing softly. If you enjoy listening to metal or punk then Avenged Sevenfold might fit the bill.

Money Factor:10/10
Waking The Fallen Factor: 10/10
Balls to the wall Factor: 9/10 (They are still a long way away from Iron Maiden)

I will be cheering for these 3 teams because my team the Flames have lost to the Ducks. I can say that i would like to see the oil ducks or sens win the cup.

The Simpsoons are making a movie, i have been wanting to write about this for a while but i kept forgetting about it. But yes the best show on tv is coming to the big screen. There isn’t much to really tell about this movie, but the release date is scheduled for July 27 2007 so keep your eyes open. I am not sure if this movie is going to be the last thing that is ever created by Matt Groening and the gang but lets hope not. There have been rumors going around that the Simpsons would be finished in the summer of 2005 but that never happend, so i just hope they don’t end this good show.
